Have you ever heard of "The United States Civil Flag of Peacetime?"
I do not remember ever reading about this flag that is said to be part of the history of the United States. This morning as I was reading and studying about Peace, my search lead me to the words - civil peace - which lead me to this site about "The United States Civil Flag of Peacetime." http://www.barefootsworld.net/uscivilflag.html

As I have continued to study and search the Internet about this "Civil FLag of Peacetime," I found a site disputing any existence of this flag. It appears that the author of - http://mysite.verizon.net/vzeo1z2a/CivilFlag.html - spent a year researching the existence of this flag and believes there is no "United States Civil Flag of Peacetime." I like the idea of a US Peace Flag, but have no idea if the information I found on barefootsworld is accurate. There are about 234,000 sites on Google about this topic. It could take a long time to find the truth. I plan to continue reading.

I am thankful for the Internet and Google that allows me to read all the various opinions about so many topics.
