The beauty of Christmas lights.

"Here's to a stress free Christmas.
May your Christmas lights work...the first time."

May you feel the peace of the season
as you work through the tasks of preparation.

Can you imagine hanging more than a quarter million Christmas lights? Shore Acres State Park in Coos Bay, Oregon has 1,500 volunteers that help prepare the garden park for the Holiday Lights - November 22-December 31. The park is a beautiful place to visit, to see and feel the beauty of the Holiday season. http://www.shoreacres.net/16thHolidayLights.htm

I am thankful that our family took the time to visit the Holiday Lights after our Thanksgiving dinner. Many people in the area enjoy the tradition of viewing the lights on Thanksgiving evening. The weather was perfect and the colors fantastic. Definitely got us all in the mood to decorate our homes with the beauty of Christmas lights.

Hi, Pati.

I've been out of pocket for awhile. I got a new job, and I've been readjusting to the life of a working girl. I work in a scrapbook store, so it's fun work. I'm loving it.

Love the photo of the Christmas lights. I'm starting to see some go up in our neck of the woods. Something still so awe-inspiring to me about this season. Inspires wonder and yes, peace.

Hope you're well.

Melissa
