"5 Minutes for World Peace"

"There are 1,440 minutes in a day.
That means there are 86,400 seconds.
I can afford to contribute 5 minutes to world peace.
I can afford to contribute 300 seconds to world peace.
That leaves 1,435 minutes for me.
That leaves 86,100 seconds for me...."

"5 Minutes for World Peace"

"Know that just five minutes a day meditating for peace can bring peace to you and those around you. Know that you are capable of making a difference in this world. Know that you are now joining others who are making a difference. The words that we speak, read and think are very powerful. The lasting effect that these words would have on each individual, as well as the people that they come in contact with is immeasurable. We Can Make A Difference In This World. - The Choice is up to You."

I am thankful to light my new Peace Candle as I pray and meditate for Peace in our world, in our families and homes, and in each individual person. "Let it begin with me."
