"Be peace" could be a mantra for meditation. I like the simple idea of this quote: "Be peace." It goes back to the idea of "Let Peace begin with me." I need to choose to "Be peace," by my thoughts, words and actions.

I am thankful for the many people all over the world that are trying to find peace in their personal lives that can transform our world, one person at a time.

This is so cool! I love it when a vast idea is reduced to its most important and simple heart: Be peace. An awesome mantra for sure!

I love the mantra, too! I'm going to try it out at yoga class tonight.

I'm sure you have researched this, but I just looked up the meaning of peace in a dictionary online http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/peace and found a lot of interesting meanings, my favorite: "being in a state of nonbelligerence." Love you Pati - Peace be to you!

I like this as a mantra. I think I might have to put this up ... in my house, in my office, everywhere I spend time. It's something to see and think as often as possible, something to remember when I let my anger boil over and get the better of me. Thank you.
