Peace Candle

I love this concept of being able to be calm and at peace no matter what is happening around me. This could be one of my goals to continue to work on for 2008. Notice the crack in the glass ball; it happened when Simon was visiting when he was about three years old. He threw the ball down on the slate floor and it cracked. We have a large collection of glass balls, and I saved this one even though it was cracked. For me, it is symbol of life, there is beauty in all of us even when we have cracks and flaws.
